I love tea. I love the whole ceremony of getting the tea cups out, selecting which tea I want, boiling the kettle, measuring the tea out, pouring the water into the teapot and waiting as the fragrance of the tea as it brews fills the air.  This process of making tea for one can be enormously relaxing and even invigorating, especially at the end of a hard and stressful day when you are looking to wind down and chill out.  It is perhaps this ceremony, or at least partly as a result of this, that is the reason for the popularity of tea drinking the world over.   I think it is quite possible that tea, as a drink, is the most popular drink in the world, despite all the different alcoholic drinks that are available.
